WHAT ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE OF?

Rooftop Candle Co. Candles are made with all-natural soy wax ,braided cotton wick, and clean scented oils. Just wax, wick, and scent with no other additives or dyes.

WHERE ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE?

All of our candles are created, hand-poured, hand-packaged and shipped Detroit, Michigan.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE / STUDIO?

Right now, we are primarily offering our candles online. We are also stocked in physical locations all over the US, please see our retailer page to find a retailer near you.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY ORDER?

All items are made to order. Our processing times range from 5-7 days once the order is received for retail orders and 7-14 days for wholesale orders.

WHY SHOULD I TRIM THE WICK AND ONLY BURN YOUR CANDLES FOR 4 HOURS AT A TIME?

These are common instructions and good practices for any candle and are meany to prolong a candles burn time. A longer wick creates a larger flame causing the wax to burn to fast, which is unsafe. Allowing your candles to burn for no longer then 4 hours allows it to reach it's full melting pool. This will insure a clean burn the next time around.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON LARGE ORDERS?

Yes! For mroe information on bulk pricing and quantity price breaks, contact us at rooftopcandle@gmail.com Some examples of large orders were happy to accommodate are:

RETURN + EXCHANGES 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. The purchase of an E-Gift Card and/or Scent Samplers is final sale and will not be eligible for a refund and/or return.

 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that all returns are given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We simply cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To return your product, you should email Support@rooftopcandleco.com SUBJECT: RETURN REQUEST to initiate the process. Please ensure that all return requirements are met above before beginning. (Please do not send any products back without email confirmation from Rooftop Candle Co.)

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your store credit will automatically be applied, confirmation will be sent to you within 7 days.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. 

 Orders that return to our facilities as being undeliverable as addressed by the carriers will be subject to an automatic refund (less shipping) issued in the form of store credit within 7 business days of its return.

PRODUCTS OF THE MONTH, CUSTOM ITEMS, BODY LOTION, BODY WASH (including purchased from our wholesale accounts) ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OUR RETAILERS, AND ON SALE items are final and cannot be returned. 

 

 Due to the nature of our products USED, OPENED, BURNED/LIT WICKS CANDLES & PRODUCTS may NOT be returned. PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE PROVIDED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY.
