SHIPPING

SHIPPING TIMES: All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days AFTER your order is placed unless otherwise noted in the listing (pre-orders, back-ordered items etc.) Our items are made so they are at the peak of freshness when you receive them. Orders will be shipped via USPS (priority/first class mail)  OR UPS ( Please choose the best shipping carrier for your needs) ALL *SHIPPED* ORDERS COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER THAT IS SENT VIA EMIAL PRIOR TO SHIPPING. 

****COVID19 SHIPPING UPDATE**** Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, please allow us 5-7 business days (**AFTER YOUR ORER HAS BEEN PLACED**) to process your order. All orders processed AFTER 5pm (EST) on Fridays will be considered next business day orders (business days do not include holidays and weekends).We greatly appreciate your patience with us in this busy season. Your support is what makes ROOFTOP Candle Co. successful!

LOST PACKAGES: If you do not receive your package or you cannot find your delivery information with the tracking number provided to you, please notify us immediately. USPS insurance does not cover packages that have verified as delivered.  If you haven't received your package, yet it is marked as delivered, please follow these steps:

 - Verify the address on your order emails are correct

-Check around the exterior of your home/business for hidden packages. Double check with with Condo doorman/apartment offices for lost packages. 

-Check with neighbors/family to make sure they didn't pick up your package.

 Unfortunately, sometimes packages are stolen off porches, or delivered to a neighbors home by accident, etc. These circumstances are out of Rooftop Candle Company's control and we are not responsible for refunding or re-sending orders out that have been marked as delivered by any of our shipping carriers.  

 RETURN POLICY

Due to the fresh, handmade nature of our products, we are unable to honor returns and exchanges. However, we want you, our customer to be 100% happy about your purchase!  If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us with 48 hours via email and we will be happy to assist you further.
